Currently, Alison Wallis, MBA runs and manages the project and has so for 10 of the 13 years it has been going. Alison was an original Co-Founder of the WCMP.

Welling Court Mural Project was an idea pioneered by the Welling Court community in the fall of 2009. This project’s impact was greater than expected with press from all the top street art publications to The New York Times and The New Yorker —It is one of the longest-running mural projects in the five boroughs of New York City.

There are limited wall vacancies and there is usually a waitlist (on a first come first serve basis). But, YES, we encourage everyone to inquire!

We are always looking for Volunteers to help with artists during prep days, painting days, clean up and documentation. Send us an email about what you are wanting to help with and we can plan some dates for you to jump in.
